CISAS - Ruled in favour of TalkTalk

Took a complaint to the CISAS regarding the quality of the service received from TalkTalk. What a waste of time as they are biased in favour of the Telecommunications industry. After all it would be 'biting the hand that feeds it' to rule in favour of the consumer. The nature of my complaint was the poor download speed meaning several hours to be able to watch a short TV programme. Immediately TT made this my problem as they lied there was a fault on my phone line. Every issue has been problems within my home or the infrastructure outside. So glad I dumped this dreadful company in 2020.

Um, I don't quite follow.

If you're not with them and haven't been since 2020, why are you complaining about them?

As for the appeal going in favour of the provider, there will be a reason for this.
