I have the same issue and cannot find any paperwork or details who the insurance for our dog is with.  Normally take screenshot when signing up for these things but have not been well recently

I’m with them too - N can’t get intouch- If anyone knows their number PLEASE email me ??

Thanks for that number Mrptrjns1 - I’ve been trying all day to get intouch but unfortunately all I’m getting is ‘We are experiencing a high volume of calls - Please wait for out next av rep- I’ve been waiting now an hr & 11 mins - 
Ive NO paperwork regarding Her policy & really need it - So I have it in a safe place - Where I know where it is if ‘God Forbid’ anything should happen- At this stage I feel like cancelling my dd - I’ve been with them for 2.5 years & received nothing - NOTHING FROM THEM - Either by post or email -which is ridiculous customer service. 

If I’ve been with them for so long / surely I’m not in contact/ Doing the cancellation will maybe get me somewhere.
Any advice would be amazing & greatly appreciated.
