Hi,
apologies if I'm missing something but this page seems to indicate you are eligible for compensation if you're delayed by over 2 hours for a short flight but MSE and other guides seem to say it's got to be more than 3 hours - what am I missing?
Forum rules won't let me post links so it would be https and then eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32004R0261&from=EN
Also Wikipedia: again - as above https and then en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_Compensation_Regulation
The great circle distance from Reus to Leeds is 885miles which is under 1500km
Any advice would be great

Duty of care (refreshments) kicks in after 2 hours delay, compensation after 3 hours (and is based on delayed arrival time)1
