Vodafone 15 day Europe pass

Hello.

Im trying to add the 15 day Europe pass by texting ‘15DAYEUROPE’ to 40506.  All that happens is I get a response saying

’ From Vodafone: Sorry, we couldn't carry out your request - this could be because you're not on the right plan.’

Anyone got any idea how to add the 15 day Europe pass?

And answering this myself, despite taking out the contract at the end of September 21, my plan continues to have inclusive roaming.

My OH had the same issue. Her contract was taken out Post-free roaming and it's still included with her's.
