Malagacar pricing policy query

Going to Malaga in July and booked a hire car with Malagacar for 14 nights for just over 1000 euros (Eye-watering I know, but essential as we're staying up in the mountains about an hour from the airport). Their prices for the same car have gone up another 400 euros since we booked so I was wondering if anyone knows if they will charge us the price I booked at the time or the (probably) more expensive price when we get there? No answer to my emails as yet. 

As they don't ask for payment when you book I thought they might be charging the price on the day? Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks in advance

i have used malagacar.com in the past and never had an issue with them. 
in fact yesterday i checked the price of my 10 day rental for june (booked in march for 233 euro) and it was down to 186euro, so i rebooked at the lower price and cancelled the first one.

I think you may be overthinking it.  If you have a confirmation saying you will pay €xxxx for your hire then that is what you should pay.  The fact that the price has since changed is irrelevant, pricing is dynamic just like flights/hotels etc.

If I booked a hotel room today for July at £79, then I wouldn't expect to be charged £159 on the day because that's the walk in rate.
