Suggestion. In the Browse the forum main page add 'Energy'.

In the 'Browse the forum' main page it has 'Mortgages and homes.' Clicking on that will lead to 'Energy'
Suggestion , add 'Energy into the 'Mortgages and homes' forum main page caption.

We've just changed that on the homepage so you should be able to see Energy underneath Mortgages & Homes now.
