I have an HSBC Euro account but they do not have debit cards.

Is it possible to be able to transfer Euro from this account to another debit card?

Did you mean to write 'do not' have debit cards..?
I expect you can transfer wherever you like, what exactly do you have in mind..?

Apologies, I did mean “do not” and not “now”.

I travel abroad quite a lot and I’m after having a Euro bank account with a debit card which will drawer from the Euro account.

Alternatively, if I can transfer from the Euro account to a prepay account, that could suffice.

Thanks for clarifying. The HSBC UK euro account is useless for travel, as you've noticed. In fact there's no particular advantage in any euro account unless you live and earn in euros, any card will convert currency when used, it's those with exchange markups and fees for non-sterling use that need to be avoided. Prepaid cards are not a good idea in general. See the MSE advice:
If you really want a UK euro account that's useful, consider Starling Bank.

Starling has a very good reputation, deservedly so.
    eDicky's recommendation is sound.

I suggest you open a multi-currency account with Fineco. That includes a Euro account, and on request they will give you a Euro debit card.
