Locations and Websites for all inclusive beach holiday?

Hi - Not been on a holiday for few years so need some help pls. We want to go on an all inclusive holiday with kids for a beachside hotel in europe during end of July.

Any recommendations for around 4/4.5 hour flight time where it wont be too hot in July?

Also in terms of providers/websites, we know off the following. Any we are missing?

TUI, first choice, Thomas Cook, onthebeach.com, Jet2

Thanks

Choices for traditional tour operators have diminished over the years.  For such a trip you are probably looking at Tui, First Choice (both the same company but different websites), or Jet2Holidays.

Thomas Cook and On The Beach are just online travel sites who will cobble together separate travel elements.  Initial pricing will appear cheap but one you add in things like baggage, transfers etc. the cost can be higher than TUI/J2. Also watch out for how they grade hotels. They seem to have very dubious hotel ratings which I suspect are created by the hotel or bed bank feeds and not checked or managed by TC/OTB.

The only places I can think of within 4 hours which won't be too hot in July are in the UK :)

As above - First Choice and Jet2 would be my initial targets.
The latter firm offers various meal plan options, from B&B up to and including AI in their hotels.
FC is only AI unless I'm much mistaken.
Many of TUI's hotel offerings give the option to upgrade to AI at the point of booking - and often in resort on arrival, paid direct to the establishment.
One word of caution - you may have seen recently that a few AI hotels (Balearics) now have a restricted number of drinks in their package ? Read the small print before making a reservation, if that is a consideration.

For AI, not baking in July consider Porto Santo, near Madeira.

Won't be above about 25 degrees, 4 hour flight, huge stretch of beach.  Not much else to do, the airport runway is almost as long as the island is wide.  You can drive every road in half a day.

Pestana Hotel Porto Santo as a recommendation.  TUI and FC both offer it.

    Albania is probably another recommendation.

Similar in somewhere like Ksamil (which is much nicer than Sarande IMO) will be close to Corfu (which is only a few miles away) in weather.

If you head North to either Vlore or Durres it's a little cooler. Temperatures were mid-30s in August but July is typically a little (if not much) cooler, which I define as 'not too hot' but others may not.

BA will probably be able to put a package together in this case. I don't have personal experience with BA holidays (much preferring to normally put something together myself), but haven't heard a lot bad about them. @Butts would be the one to advise in this case.

Yes (although I do apologise, I missed that bit).

It was offered as an option when we booked but only at certain hotels (ours was booked through an agent dealing with Belavia in 2020, the ultimate company was Aler Travel who I'm not sure supply BA).

That said, if looking to get out of the hotel, a lunch at a local restaurant is likely cheaper than AI overall, as well as being less restrictive.

Menorca is nice in Summer as it often gets a breeze, Fuerteventura too, and Costa Teguise in Lanzarote, Porto Santo as above and Madeira too

If you find a good deal with TUI/First Choice, Jet2holidays don't forget to post your price on the Beat My Quote Thread on the Forums to see if any of the Agents on here can do it cheaper for you
