    I'm so sorry this happened, what a horrible experience for you.  I agree with everyone else, make sure all future correspondence is through your solicitor.  I do hope the time capsule hasn't been pushed through under the fence, unbelievable behaviour.  Reminds me of a drama involving a coven ...

    This is some serious Wicker Man shenanigans and whilst it must be horrible to live through, it's the best thread on here in ages. The sister next door sadly gives them a legitimate reason to be in the vicinity but as time passes so will their attachment to those bricks and plants. Do keep us updated.

    Unless the sales paperwork says otherwise they're your plants now. You bought them with the house.

    I wouldn't have even let the relative in when he arrived - would've just told him it wasn't convenient for him to come in, asked him to wait outside and pass the stuff out to him.  He has no right to just stroll in like that!
