BA Voucher not recognised?

Hi all,

I received an e voucher to rebook a flight, and while trying to use it as part of my booking, the form is saying my details are incorrect?

I have triple checked, and everything is spot on, however on trying to contact BA to solve the issue, the phone lines are all straight to voicemail!

Has anyone had any success with contacting BA customer services?

Currently I am stuck with a 'voucher' that I cannot even use!!

    Do you have an eVoucher, or a Future Travel Voucher?  It seems they are slightly different, and from the information here I think you have to speak to BA to use a FTV: Vouchers and refunds | Information | British Airways

    Unfortunately nothing more you can do other than keep trying to get in touch.  I think phonelines open at 8am so it may be worth calling a minute or two before that. Or at other off-peak times.

    They do have Twitter support too so may be worth a Message on there.
