'Freebie Farce'

Its 5 May 2022. Clicked the link about Water company 'freebies'. There are different rules to get these. I'm with United Utilities...you have to trawl through a totally ridiculous 'survery'....who counts how many times a week they wash up? They say stack dirty dishes for one wash up.....I like alone & have arthritis....if I did this I'd struggle with concrete dishes & sore arthritic fingers! There's no allowance for how you use your water if you are disabled. EG my shower can take 20 to 30 mins depending on how ill or well I am. I can't remember all the questions, so there again....survey not good for those like me with memory issues. Then at the end you must submit your email address. I will only do this if I know it's worth it and why......I might get bombarded with UU junk!  All I wanted was to apply for a free showerhead because I can't cut down my shower time! Other companies (as stated in the weekly MSE email) do not do this! It is UNFAIR and demeaning & is not geared up for people like me. So I will have to do without my free shower head then.

I remember filling in the same survey with my supplier (Affinity Water), to which my answers may or may not have been accurate and which have had no subsequent bearing upon anything.

I opted out of marketing and didn't get any spam, but I did get my shower head. I think you are worrying unnecessarily.
