Samsung upgrade help please!

I currently have a Galaxy S9 and looking to buy a new phone outright.  Samsung are offering £200 trade in on any android phone, and I have an old S3 which I can use.  They are offering a S22 128gb for £569 after trade in, or S21 FE 128gb for £499 after trade in.  I have sim only cards with Sky which I am happy with so just need the phone.
These seem like a good deal, but I dont really know which one to go for.  I would like a good camera and long battery life - any suggestions or help you could give would be great.  Thanks!!

Seen the S21 FE for around £500 without the trade in. Pretty sure it was new and not a refurb also.

Thanks both.  I think I might use the guides to try to improve the speed and memory on my current phone and save myself £500.  I think I was too tempted by the £200 for any old android phone and not being satisfied with my current phone!!
