In theory, if they can't fix the issue then you do have the right to reject the caravan, potentially for a full refund, depending on when the fault was first reported and also whether caravans are classed as vehicles or not. You could also push for a replacement. Either way you need to do this in conjunction with the finance provider because at the end of the day they are the ones that own the caravan.
They have acknowledged that there is an issue but we are still chasing a date for the work to be done. We got the caravan in August last year and the fault was reported during our first week. Since then it’s been constant chasing. Haven just say they are waiting in a date from the manufacturer. Their service charter says 8 weeks for manufacturer faults to be rectified so I am keen to pursue some form of compensation .
In that case, and in theory, you may still have the short term right to reject the caravan for a full refund, so you might want to use that to put some pressure on Haven to get it sorted, also don't forget you need to do this alongside your finance provider.

You could speak to the park direct & ask if you could have some money off your next ground fees invoice as an act of goodwill.
