Airband FTTP & Grandstream ATA

I have just got Airband FTTP. They use Linksys Velop MX4200 routers. I am trying to get my Grandstream Ht801 ATA working with this but failing dismally.
It all worked fine on my old FTTC connection with a Draytek router but I just can't get the phone to register on my Sipgate account.
Anybody got any idea? Is it Airband or the router being the problem?
