Can you give us the rest of your rate also? I tried to find anything on their website but they don't even answer questions from customers in their own forum and tell them to contact support.

The electric standing charge looks ok, but gas is to high if there are no special agreements for the unit rates.

That is only correct for electricity, for gas there was on debit order only a very small increase because they decided to charge SOLR cost only on electricity.

Prepaid gas  for example EDF show 37.28p standing charge, not sure if that is the maximum, but I would be surprised if this is not the case.

    Edit
37.28p is the maximum standing charge for gas. This is only an increase of 2.13p, and not double.

Yep start the day nearly a whole pound down.

    £332 a year.

When you look at it like that for dual fuel customers it really is heat or eat come winter.

Before the April rise the average standing charge for gas and electricity combined was already 64.4p. The increase was 36% to 87.55p. OP is in a region with slightly higher standing charge, but has cheaper unit rates.

The increase is not at all 100%.
