Citizens Advice will not help with the SOR. You will need to find a difference advice agnecy.tifo said:tifo said:I've received the statement of reasons yesterday but not the recording. I'll read through it and request permission to appeal.

This whole process could take inexcess of 1 year.

I've looked at advice local but there's nobody they point to apart from Citizens Advice and Turn2us. There's no pointers for a tribunal appeal.
I need a law centre for Lancashire. Greater Manchester or Liverpool covers the North West so might help but i'm not in their catchment area.

Please write out here your FTT Statement of Reasons or PM it to me.
What do you think qualifies you for LCWRA on the date of your original decision date which I assume was around May 2022?0 -

I still suffer from my conditions for more than 50% of the year and whilst they gave me LCW, i'd be able to do the work related activities some of the time but not always if my conditions have flared up, and i have no prospect of full time employment as it would mean working erratically as and when I'm able to because a lot of the year i'd be off when my conditions have flared up.
The DWP decision date was in October 2021 and assessment in August 2021, tribunal in June this year.
I would have definitely got LCWRA in 2019 when i came to UC but unfortunately I cannot do anything about the 3 year delay which lost me that. The DWP have apologised for the delay in 2019 and paid a nominal sum. I'm taking that to the Independent Case Examiner.0
