b-eco fuel tabs

Hello, does anyone know anything about b-eco fuel tabs? I am aware they are a bit of a pyramid scheme with regards to selling, and don't want to get in to that, buy wondered if anyone knows if they actually work, and more importantly if they damage your car?

Same with most tests... You have to wonder when the best product of the 10 tested was brand X. Sponsored by brand X, facilities used courtesy
of Brand X.
