Just looking to move an under performing cash isa -seen a good rate of 1.5 pct 1 year fixed with UBL . any feed back on this organisation ?

All UBL ISAs require that the interest is paid to an external account.
They state "UBL UK does not compound interest".

This may be important if you wish to maximise your ISA capital
