Hi, I've been with Vodafone broadband for a few years, no major issues and as I have mobile and don't quite hit the speed expected the price is great.
Things have changed this year, I've had 2 separate outages, 1st one for a little over 24hrs but I'm currently on day 4 of no internet of the second instance.
They do give me unlimited data on my mobile when this happens but that doesn't help my family when I'm at work etc.
The next product up is their Pro deal with guaranteed 4g backup but that's nearly £9 more per month.
It also feels like I'm rewarding them for giving me poorer service, I am out of contract but the price above is the "best" they can offer supposedly.
I've had a look but can't seem to find any other providers that offer something similar, am I wrong?
Thanks
