    That is incorrect.

"A claimant who satisfies 1E cannot also satisfy 1F. If they cannot undertake a single journey on the majority of days due to overwhelming psychological distress, then 1E will be the applicable descriptor, even if there are occasions when they could follow a familiar route, if accompanied."

OP, I wish you well with it.  I don't know how your daughter's needs fit in with the BB eligibility - my gut says it might come down to whether she needs a shorter distance from car to building for safety / wellbeing (reducing the likelihood of distress) but I'm not familiar enough with the intricacies to be able to say for sure.
    Thanks for the correction

Is your daughter school age or accessing any Sen provision? The passenger escort from my daughter's school transport provided helpful additional information for her BB application. Also her school nurse is happy to fill in forms without charging unlike the GP. Good luck

No daughter is not at school as is 22.
Husband took the form to gp today and they said fill in all the parts we can and then she will do other bits and be very supportive as she is aware of the situation.

It will be wonderful if she is successful but if not at least she has an indefinite award for a minimum 10 years for her enhanced mobility PIP so it will mean transport is available for her. Public transport is a big huge no no for her

Have you considered applying using a discretionary application instead? I recently had to apply for a blue badge using this route as my badge and PIP ran out on the same day. The discretionary blue badge form allows you an opportunity to explain why you need a badge without having to meet any "descriptor" and so means that any decision is being made on your actual need as opposed to number of points reached on an assessment. Mine was granted for three years with no problem.  Hope this helps. Good luck whichever route you take.  :)
