Mine hasn't updated either, I submitted my reading on the 26th. I think I've been able to calculate an educated guess on what my bill will be based on the last two meter readingsMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Since my last statement on 28 March, my online account shows 4 transactions (3 x electricity charges, 1 DD), but no statement. Most recent transaction on 27 April, electricity charge, based on smart meter reading. My spreadsheet is good enough that I can tell what's happening, but a statement would be welcomed!

I'm ex-Symbio and my E.On Next account had settled down nicely to a request for a meter read on the 12th of each month with a bill being generated quickly afterwards. However, following my submission of a reading on April 12th there was no bill generated, and as another DD has now been added to my balance, the headline figure is now a healthy surplus, but I'm well aware that this is because they haven't yet issued a bill for the period beyond March 12th. I'm not particularly bothered about this as I'm sure they'll catch up, and presumably now the most likely time will be after my next submission of a meter read on May 12th. I have more important things to worry about!0

People can easily work out their usage, for a smart meter the electric is just the previous reading taken away from the hew reading and multiplied by the pence per kWh then multiply the SC by 30/31 days then add the two together for electric used. The gas reading is multiplied by 1.02264 then by the CV, I use 40.1, then divided by 3.6 to give the kWh used.
For non smart meters get the info on how to calculate your readings into kWh from a previous bill.Someone please tell me what money is0 -
My efforts to find out what happened this time via Eon customer service were fruitless. They just don't care.
I've decided that next time - I will just wait for the actual bill even if it takes weeks after I submit the reading. As long as I keep an eye on the readings that's what matters.
