Eonnext April bill taking ages to be generated!

I was with Eon before being transferred to Eonnext and used to have quarterly bills. Upon transfer they decided they wanted monthly readings. I don't want a smart meter and am happy to provide readings every month.
But I did the April one 10 days ago and there's still no bill or even an updated amount owed! I'm sure it has never taken this long before.
How long is everyone else currently waiting with Eonnext?

I posted my monthly bills on 01/05/22 in the early hours (I tfr'd to Eon Next (from Bulb) on the !st of October 2021 so the 1st is my monthly anniversary as it were). I had an Electricity transaction generated when I woke up and the gas has a provisional charge so that will go to a Gas transaction within the day or so. Bill generation has generally been within 2-3 days of my meter read submissions. I'd be inclined to contact them about clarification of the new billing for your account.1

I gave my readings on Thursday afternoon and got my statement by email the same evening.1

Thanks guys. It isn't a new process though.I've been submitting monthly readings since last Autumn when they switched me to Eonnext - it has just never taken so long before.0

Submitted reading 0830 Saturday 30th and bill in account by 1030.

Submitted another two readings with same number and different dates and it has updated now.0

Within 24 hours of submitting both reads I have received both gas and electricity debits to my account as is normally the case. The detailed statement usually follows a day or two after.0

Mine took 6 days,so be patient.. .in their FAQ it states it could take up to two weeks.0

Yes Mumf, I read the FAQ but others are not having the same experience according to posts on here. Normally I wouldn't care less how long bills take to generate. However, having spent the whole month economising for possibly the first time in my life I was keen to know if it had worked or not.

Daughter submitted reads at 1330 today, account balance updated instantaneously, and just downloaded the bill. This seems to be the norm for us, not a matter of days but mere hours.
