I would love to see the eBay algorithm that determines when they issue selling offers etc.  Perhaps these offers are in response to other 'free' selling platforms, e.g. Facebook Marketplace ?

I have several personal accounts and they have all had this current one day only half price offer. The 70/80% offers are more targeted. My regular selling accounts usually get the 80% offer and my lesser used accounts the 70% one. My buying only account (no managed payments set up) regularly gets a £1 max selling offer.

Both my private accounts have received this offer. Like you the one I use more often tends to get the 80% offer, whilst the one I use infrequently tends to get fewer offers and less attractive ones.

I think I did once but cant quite remember hence asking ?

I don't think so, maybe once a long time ago to promote the app.

I do use the app occasionally just to keep an eye on things when I am out, and my offers have always been the same.
