Selling Fees Offers - eBay

I have been selling on eBay for many years and in recent years I have taken advantage of reduced selling fees offers from time to time.  Does anyone know how often these offers are made available ?  Up until recently I was receiving a reduced selling fees offer almost every other week but that seems to have stopped ?  Other sellers, selling in the same category, have received offers but not me ???

They seem very random, one of my private accounts has started getting them about every 2 to 3 weeks, the other nearer once a month.

It sounds like having a few selling accounts is the only way to possibly max out your chances of getting the ebay selling offers on a regular basis .

I've got a couple of eBay accounts and not receiving offers on either !?!  Perhaps I have upset someone at eBay

Some of the few items that I have sold are not worth the effort unless on a 80% ebay offer .
Im sure others probably sell only using a offer or dont bother until they get one .

Sell a few bits and then stop selling for a while and the offers keep rolling in. I have an account I have not sold anything on for
a long time and I get offers every week.
