when are we going to get a final bill from zog?

Further update to my post of 4 May - looks like I was fed a load of bull that phone call.  Rang again this week as my DD was taken when I was expecting to have gone over to the 'whole amount monthly' bill.    After being on hold for I don't know how long, then speaking to a chap who couldn't think for himself, but just appeared to read responses from a list however I asked a question, finally got put through to a very sensible, knowledgeable lady, who completed understood what I was asking, reset the opening read with EDF to read the same as the final reading from Zog, - saw the updated bill immediately (remember I was told 6 - 8 weeks before!!!), arranged to refund me the credit balance, and reduce my DD going forward.  I have today received the credit, equating to 8 months gas usage, back into my account.
