I sent it, recieved my response...Nope, looks on track. This is probably fine:
, I reckon this case might be dead in the water?I also failed to print, sign, scan and PDF as per instructions, I essentially signed and dated it with my name via Computer.
Please refer to the 12 steps in the Template Defence thread so the tedious letters and forms don't surprise you nor cause you to come and ask us about them, as if they are something new and unexpected! Defence wasn't your only job.
Witness Statement and evidence is a major vital task, later this Summer.

There was a random "I" in there, but as long as you sent it as part of the rest of the template, I think it is good enough.
You have included points about signage not stating how to obtain a permit, which is good. You have implied that you were an authorised visitor because you were doing a job for a resident, so that is good as well.
If possible, you should ask the resident for a copy of their lease/AST/property rental agreement to see what it says about visitor parking and visitor permits.
What it doesn't say is just as important.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
An update, Have received a completed directions questionnaire from DCB legal on behalf of UK Parking control, I have also now received a Questionnaire from the cort to return before the 4th of July, I'm in the process of scanning through the forum to find information on filling the N180, seems fairly straightforward however, when I've downloaded a copy to fill out from the links provided via the sticky here it gives me a slightly different version, in so much that the D section has been bumped to 'E' So the question I have for you lovely folk is, am I good to use the following form, and if so, What should I be ticking in Section D1;
"Suitability for determination without a hearing - Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing, i.e. by a judge reading and considering the case papers, witness statements and other documents filed by the parties, making a decision, and giving a note of reasons for that decision?"
