How do you prove you have travel insurance when it's part of a packaged bank a/c?

I've been advised by my travel company that I may be asked to produce evidence of travel insurance when abroad. But coop bank has only ever sent me a booklet for what's covered ie no policy number or letter confirming cover. When I asked them about this at the outset they said just explain it to the travel company but not…

NatWest allow you to download a letter confirming travel insurance by logging in to your membership:benefits and looking at travel insurance section.
