Personally I like the system where you can only pay in from and take out to your nominated account.
It seems a lot more secure to me.3 -
Whatever happened to training people? Must be plenty of people looking for a job these days. Nobody can become experienced without being given a start first. Obviously too late now of course.Albermarle said:
There is strong competition for experienced staff in many areas , so it is not that easy .ranciduk said:GET MORE STAFF IN !0 -

It is pretty much the other way around . More like jobs looking for people.
More than a third (36%) of employers expect vacant positions to stay unfilled for three to six months, according to new research from consultancy Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing.
One in 10 (10%) are even seeing delays of up to nine months, as demand for employees of all types soars above supply.

Is that for employers looking for experienced staff, for thioe willing to invest in training or a combination of the two?
Not being obtuse; just genuinly interested.0 -
I have spoke to a Senior Manager at Shawbrook over an issue I had. He said they were actively recruiting but getting the right number / calibre of people was a problem.0

I do not think it went into that much detail, but there is even a shortage of unskilled workers in many areas.MatLoweRN said:Is that for employers looking for experienced staff, for thioe willing to invest in training or a combination of the two?

to be honest I posted this question after I’d already sent a small test payment to shawbrook from an account that is not my nominated account- I’ve checked my new balance and they accepted it ok!
ummm
should I send them a message to say I did it in error?!1
