Voucher not honoured

Hi - in December 2021 I ordered via moneysaving expert a shell broadband with a 90£ amazon voucher. Now Shell say it was not an amazon voucher and instead it was only for their shop, which sells a bunch of useless overpriced things. Shell also said it was Money Saving Expert website that had the incorrect information to refer to Amazon voucher. Shell’s emails for activations say nothing about the voucher, so I have no evidence. I already complained and I want a proper voucher or switch provider. Can anyone advise how can I get a fair outcome? Any MSE expert able to retrieve the original information? I feel scammed. Thanks

Have a look through the old MSE emails. An offer like that would almost certainly have been in there.

But if MSE made a mistake then you've not going to get a different outcome.
