eBay return label states 0-2kg, item heavier

The seller is not good to deal with at all.
Ring and explain you are the buyer and the seller has given you a returns label that will not cover postage. Keep saying the same thing over and over until they understand. If they don't understand, then put the phone down and call back until you get someone who does understand.1
