I received the notice of a price increase LPG on Saturday 23rd May to take place on the 27th of may. The percentage increase is not documented but is somewhere around £10 per 47Kg cylinder. Monday 25th I rang the to order replacements to be quoted the post 27th price.
Calor Gas prices do seem to be set and controlled by them - and is very 'flexible'. My neighbour's new advised price per cylinder is some £5 less than the price I'm paying.
I used to buy from an independent reseller but they now tell me that they have to sell at the price set by Calor.

Can you not swap cylinders with your neighbour and save the £5?Afourteen said:Calor Gas prices do seem to be set and controlled by them - and is very 'flexible'. My neighbour's new advised price per cylinder is some £5 less than the price I'm paying.
