Has your case been referred to your local court? If not, then you are on a mission to nowhere.RN61 said:

What you are being alerted to is that the email address you have shown us it absolutely, positively the wrong email address for the CNBC. Go back to the Newbies/FAQ thread and search for the correct address.1 -
Yes, you are right to be sending it to the hearing court.RN61 said:

Any suggestion at this stage that the CNBC has any interest or involvement in this matter is wrong.1 -
Help with Costs please!
Delivered letter to BW Legal and local court last week requesting costs due to unreasonable behaviour by BWL and PPS. No acknowledgement from BW Legal. But just received below demand from court, just two days before original hearing date. Don't recall any mention of fee for such previously, and unclear if costs can be reclaimed in event of victory."The application you have made for costs in the case will need to be made on a form N244. There is a fee of £275 for the application."0 -
Did you write as above?Coupon-mad said:Well you will already know from reading the NEWBIES thread that you can try (and how to do it) because this is covered in the costs section, with an example by @bluetoffee1878
I was just being realistic in my reply. And warning you what NOT to put. This is important. Some of what you were criticising was wrong (legal fees) and some was dangerous to you! Accusing a firm of deceit will see YOU attacked for huge costs.
And they'd win.
Thank goodness you didn't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, I took note of your advice here and toned it down muchly thank you. I've deleted details from a pdf copy and placed an expiring ONEDRIVE link (to SUNDAY NEXT) below for review if that's okay ta. Guess I've got 3 weeks or so days to submit, if that seems worth a try.Coupon-mad said:

Should only have to sign in to your own OneDrive to view someone else's link? Anyone else tried? Grateful if someone with knowledge could give me a view on what to do.0

Okay, I give in. I'll post images of four edited pages of the application...0
