Has anyone had any luck contacting them by email? If so what address worked? I submitted a reading online but didn't get an automated response which is what happened previously so I tried sending it and a photo to fitreads@sse.com. which is the email shown on their FIT meter reading page, I attached a photo as they asked for this last time round but it bounced back as undeliverable. I tend to prefer email to the phone line both for convenience but also so I have a trail to refer back to if needed
