If you need to enable your network card all you need to do is go into network connections via control panel and double click on the LAN connection.
If the router has been setup as other people have said you will not need to install their (virgin) software as the router makes the connection.0 -
I forgot to say that my bro was running Vista basic so your OS isn't to blame which is another excuse that you tend to get from Virgin Media :rolleyes:Don't listen to the bad things about Vista its the best :beer:

Does your laptop have wireless built in? I think most do now. If so, it should be fairly straightforward to setup.
OS is Operating system - i.e. whether you have Vista, XP, Windows 2000, etc0 -

1. Throw CD in back of cupboard. (as per espresso)Don't like branding.
2.Start/Connect to/Create New Connection. Follow wizard.
Also I've never been near VM website or registered anything.Move along, nothing to see.0
