Of course, silly me, I have an 02 sim i can use with a number. doh !

I have my very own junk mail email account so most of it goes in there hehe.

I was poorly once and bored, so one afternoon I filled in loads of competitions listed on the forum here just for something to do.

Some weeks later, I was quite surprised when an electric toothbrush arrived as a runners up prize

I used to do loads of online competitions.My best win was an ipod,but have also won several CDs,DVDs,PS2 games,and 4 bottles of whisky!:beer: Good sites are loquax,ukwins,theprizefinder,and ggfree.As for telephone numbers,you could always accidentally miss a digit from your mobile,or accidentally put your postcode instead,when you fill out forms.;)

I don't enter many competitions but I have still won some decent prizes.

Won Foo Fighters Promo CD a couple of weeks ago and also a meet and greet with Erasure (absolutely fantastic) - I also won a meal for 10 people at a great restaurant but my computer had packed up for a week and on the day the pc was fixed and I was able to read my emails the prize only had 1 day before it expired and I couldn't get 10 friends together to go :O(

I love comping, its the best.
I don't enter competitions via this site though as im registered with another site & use that site.
Sometimes you can go through really dry spells when you win nothing & other times you might have 2 wins in one week.
I've been comping for 4 years now & my best prize was earlier this year when i won a 42in Pioneer plasma tv, cinema system thingy, night at the baftas & a stay at a top hotel in London. Also won 2 laptops this year, a 32in TV & 2 ipod classics & 1 shuffle.
This has been my best year for electrical items, never won a tv, ipod or laptop before this year.

Winning things has been great not just for me but for my family. Going to be giving my mother-in-law the TV & my mum one of the laptops for christmas.
Also won £150 vouchers for specsavers which i gave to my mum, would has been wearing the wrong glasses for years cos she couldn't afford new ones, so now she has new glasses :T

I would definately set up a seperate email address & have a cheap mobile for text comps & for hopefully some winning calls.

Do you do mail competitons answers on a post card or mainly computer based entries
I know that there is a thread for both on this site but which one have you found to be better ?

Most will accept your landline number.
If you get any marketing calls mention TPS and they put the phone down very quickly!
