EDF say they can give me a breakdown of how I use energy - It's rubbish isn't it?

Some "supposed good idea" from someone at EDF to produce absolute rubbish 🤣🤣🤣0

Of course it's just an estimate (or wild guess). They said I spent £2 on heating in July and August. Which planet are they on? Perhaps they didn't notice how hot it was, being that they work in nuclear-powered refrigerated offices...What mystifies me most is that they can take smart readings several times a day to work out my consumption breakdown, but can't tell me how much my account is in credit or arrears until a bill is generated, once every six months.

Your online account will tell you how much you are in credit / debtThe Energy Hub gives you a breakdown of your daily, monthly, yearly and seasonal spends.
I have always been billed the same amount as what the energy hub says so it seems pretty spot on.0
