    Hi friends,
I received a PCN from private parking solutions on 14th Mar for parking on the same place by accident.  I honestly didn't realise that this is a private parking place.  My reason for stopping is checking on my son who was poorly on that day.he hot a chronic condition.  I was there for 1.5 minutes according to pps photos.  I should have moved much earlier, but was distracted by the pps parking warden who started taking pictures soon I stopped there. I couldn't figure out what's going on as he was dressed in plain black clothes. I have applied on the ground that it was a emergency stop and I was only there for 1.5 minutes. As expected pps have rejected my appeal.  Any advice , help would be much appreciated.  They are a real con company and determined to fight my case. Next step is Popla, but I don't have much hope after reading comments on them.
    Many thanks

    Welcome!

You need to start your own thread, explain which (full name including 'London' or 'Ltd') parking firm you mean and tell us if you are actually being offered POPLA or the IAS.

    In a new thread please.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
