Please don't pay.  That would be making yourself a victim of this scam operation.  Lots and lots of posters here lose at POPLA.  None of them pay.

  • I hope they all go out of business, cannot come quick enough - bit too late for me .... I cannot put myself through the hours and hours it took me to beg for advice/draft/research/redraft and then send a lengthy appeal only for it to be looked at biasedly by a an exhairdresser thinking she is a legal expert... to add insult to serious injury - they actually have a tab at the end of the POPLA appeal page for people to make payment to the ppc

I wish I had known it would come to this, I seriously would have put myself through the torture - I will never go to the local high street ever again - I will be buying online

Down with PPC's - bye bye high street -

    What a total drama queen
    Try putting things in prospective
  • I showed you the draft, coupon- mad before sending and two other people on here appealed successfully at the POPLA  at the SAME LOCATION-I am a very determined person and sent hours drafting and researching this appeal. The assessor has been biased in their assessment - I would have paid £60 now I have to pay £100 - If I keep living in hope - I am going to have bailiffs knocking on my door and court cases galore! I am an elderly man, I cannot take this pressure - the world is unfair but its the one we live in - just advise people not to park in private car parks or to go to local shopping centres

I am going to have bailiffs knocking on my door and court cases galore!
    Why is that then?

You won't see bailiffs before any court case is lost and they won't be knocking at your door unless you fail to pay what the court orders in the timescale allowed.

"court cases galore!" exactly how many PCNs do you have outstanding?

    I agree with @BrownTrout.

You don't.  Most people lose at POPLA.  It is no big deal what an ex hairdresser thinks.

    NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

If I keep living in hope - I am going to have bailiffs knocking on my door.

    You won't.  They can't!

Get your MP to write and complain to the landowner and set out your position.  Come back if that doesn't work but just laugh at the debt demands, they are not from bailiffs.

It is a business that combines two things: Printer with a WiFi and an app to print from the phone. You can add more printers and put the printer in any public place for the public to use.
