I have a Lenova Moto plus 5 mobile phone, I've been trying to download the "Chase" bank app, but the message comes up, "phone not suitable for this app"
Any one any idea what the problem and remedy is?
Thanks for any /all replies.

Is there somewhere on the App section of the Chase website that could give you a clue ( minimum requirements, etc)?1

What version of Android does your phone run? (The Chase apps I've seen say they require Android 8.0 or higher).
If you install and run the SafetyNet "attest" app, what results do you get? (Typically everything needs to be "green" for a banking app to work).

Chase mobile apps need Android 8.0 and up. The Moto G5 Plus (?) shipped with 7.0. Has your phone upgraded to a later version?1

There's quite a lengthy post in the Mobiles section on this topic.
Correction - it's in a discussion section!

You need the Chase UK app (the Chase App is the US version) which is at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chase.intl
To install it requires both Android 8.1 or higher and the 64bit Android OS (just having a 64bit processor may not be enough if they installed a 32bit OS on it).
To check what OS 32/64 is installed you can use the CPU-Z app from the Google Play Store. Once installed, launch the app, then in the SYSTEM tab look for the Kernel Architecture. This should tell you if it is 64 or 32 bit.

Although my phone is fairly new, I just think that it's not compatible with the Chase UK app.
Pity, I would have opened an account.
Thanks for the replies and help, much appreciated.0
