Chocolate steamed pudding with a chocolate sauce. (I adapted a Mary Berry steamed pudding recipe).

Chocolate ganache to go on top of a chocolate cake. (I have also been know to use Hotel Choc0l@t's salted caramel hot choc sachet).

Make peppermint creams and dip them in chocolate.

Melt, stir in raisins and nuts.

(We don't have any leftover Easter Eggs in our house either).

HM rocky road is great, works well with Rich Teas / digestives rather than super-sweet biscuits.

Leftover chocolate Easter Eggs?  Sorry, this concept does not compute.

If you find yourself with too many, you can always spread out eating eggs, say one per night or if you really find yourself snowed under with chocolate, you can always make brownies or coconut rough.

We needed a few mini-eggs yesterday so broke open a small egg with some in. Haven’t eaten the egg, does that constitute left-over?

I remember talking with a titled lady who was amazed that someone had come up with ideas for using 'leftover wine' - she was of the firm opinion that such a thing does not and can not exist!

Use the empty shell as a base for cheesecake. Just fill with your favourite “No bake” cheesecake recipe and freeze. Or put cream and fruit on top, maybe add grated chocolate too, chill until tea time. Yummy!
