Apologies - I was lead to understand that those with a DDC at arrivals go through an orange coloured channel, whereas those with the SpTH QR have an alternative route.

May be false intelligence of course ?

Yes, but you are worrying about this far too much.

Which airport are you flying to?

If it's anything like Malaga, we flew in the weekend before Easter and it was so simple:
- print NHS COVID Pass, showing vaccinated and latest dose within 270 days

- passport
- follow through "orange" track

- egates off

- very quick check of NHS COVID Pass and passport stamped.
- all quicker than when we were in the EU.

People without NHS COVID Pass but with SpTH went a different route, but also did not seem to be log-jammed.

Overall the whole thing was so simple, smooth and quick.  Very efficient.
