            Hi all
Well thats the bank holiday weekend done, back to the paid stuff tomorrow, and its going to be a full on week.
All throws and doggie blankets washed, supermarket shopping done, car washed, bit of gardening done, our bed changed.
Bedtime now.10 -
Natty.. just remember we all are thinking of you xx Pc's are tricky things. .. just fling it!
Done nothing, achieved nothing.. standard day of wondering what to do when I grow up.. all the usual stuff..
I think I have had washing on the line for 3 days.. the same washing..
I am going to bed.. tomorrow OH is back at his desk and hopefully I will feel better and can actually do something productive.
Oh.. I sent the GP surgery a snotty email.. there was that.. so fed up of them and their incompetence.. they haven't done Boogs prescription but you know it is ONLY diabetes medication so death is a small side effect there..

Morning all. Hope you're all ok today.

            Morning all.
The new FF and TD were delivered yesterday, the utility floor got mopped and looks a thousand times better for an insipid yellowy beige 25yo vinyl, and everything that belongs in the utility has gone back in its place. The FF still needs its doors reversing, so I haven't switched it on yet and I'm hoping that DS1 can do the necessary when/if they come for the meal I've offered them, then I can do a big shop and sort the kitchen freezer so that I can actually find what I'm looking for.
The kitchen floor also got mopped - fanfare please!
I slept better last night so have a bit of energy today to take out my friend K and her two daughters (my newest goddaughter, who is lovely, and her younger sister, who is a Moaning Minnie), together with DH, to visit the place where Charles II hid up the oak tree - DH has never been there, neither have K&co, and English Heritage have done a makeover to the farm since I last went. Rosie is coming too, so DH's car will be filled to the brim. But before that, we have study group at church, which involves cake because it's someone's birthday!
So far this morning I have
- opened curtains and closed windows (for security while we're out, but also because it's gone cooler)
- made a cuppa
- tidied the LR
- tidied the kitchen and discovered that I didn't run the DW last night
- listed things to take today
- put together a selection of craft materials so that K's DDs can make a card for the birthday "girl"
Still to do:
- eat breakfast (DH is putting it in the bowls)
- shower and dress
- S&S bathroom
- make my bed
- take DH to SW
- pay church cash into bank via PO
- pack up the cake
- put chicken in SC
- pack what Rosie needs for the day out
Will catch up with you all this evening!
(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round, as needed xx

            Good morning all,
Glad you’re feeling a bit better, Jazee. Pigpen, ditto, now that DH is back at his desk, I’m hoping that today I will be more motivated. Iona, you are a flying force to be reckoned with. More hugs, Natty x
Well, it seems that I am yet again blasting Level 1 - 2 days in a row. Bed changed and remade, window still open, wm on. Green bin out for collection, which is much needed as I have bags of weeds queuing to get into it.Back to work tomorrow. DD has decided to stay an extra couple of days after she felt a bit grotty on Sunday (hayfever, nothing sinister), so now I have to take time off work to take her back to uni. And I’m only doing a 3 day week as it is. Oh well.
Have a good day all, especially if you are back at the coal face after a long weekend x9 -

Morning lovelies, I'm back in this week. Lovely long weeks holiday last week, very relaxing time. But need to get back to the house and garden this week.
Bed made, clothes picked up, windows open
Bags unpacked and put away
Post opened and much recycled
DW sorted & kitchen tidied
Banking and spending checked
Next is WM then need to find someone who will do a proxi vote for me next week. The problem is how to be sure they will vote for the one I want (or rather not for the one I really don't want).
Sorry not read back over last weeks thread, but BIG hugs to all of you
And get those SMILES out10 -
            Good afternoon!
Thank you for the lists. Most of my flying over the weekend was done in the garden. On Good Friday I helped DH & DSiL at their mum's house. We dug up some flowers, and made a start on her clothes. There is still lots to do, and DH hasn't been back since. he has just got home from work, and I thought he was going there on his way home - I guess not then!
Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Grumpy Dog yesterday. He was struggling to get up, and was whimpering
It was his time, and thankfully we were able to make that decision together and it wasn't just down to me. We were also all able to stay with him while he fell asleep. Luckily covid restrictions have been lifted, as there were 6 of us in that room, including the vet! It seems a little strange still at the moment.
Paid stuff today - 2 little ones are asleep so I have had a hot cup of tea!
I am going to check out the lists now and see if I can cross anything off before they wake up!
