I would fight this out of principle. Surely there should be a grace period to exit the carpark. This company is pure scum- they've harassed the disabled, shafted their own employees unfairly and refused to the pay their own CCJ. That's when they were publicly exposed on BBC's "The Sheriffs Are Coming" - sadly the footage isn't available, but the Transcript for it is still online:

(If you Cntrol+F for the words Parking, Leeds etc - it will save you trawling through the rest of the programme which is still interesting).
The question is can you live with giving your money to crooks when you haven't really done anything wrong and have been treated unfairly?!?1 -
Now found the management company, Savills. That's good news as Savills are probably the best MA for cancelling PCNs. That can't be guaranteed, as we have seen some that have not been cancelled, could depend on what you put in your email to them! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
