Alex, 2 questions , first re Alexa sound & 2nd re BBC

Happy Easter.

We have both the Alexa smart and Google smart speakers

Re BBC - it is auto-linked to the smart speaker and does not ask for a password to BBC and we have the App for it on the mobile

Re Alexa, we have no mobile app as the mobile phone is full and started using it without the app and all is well other than

1: Alexa's voice when she responds?
to you is always much higher than the set volume for the radio stations etc, how do I adjust

2: Re the BBC how do I link without an app, please?

    Anyone, please?
I've looked on the internet again but can't find anything.
Alexa's voice is a lot higher than the volume set and I don't know how to adjust it.
It does go down slightly when I lower the volume on what I'm listening too but still too high
I do not have an app or the space for another app and the Alexa unit was set up using the on-screen menu.

    try alexa.amazon.co.uk
Search "skills" for bbc sounds. Read the reviews, you're not alone struggling with this, it may take time to work.

I just say "Alexa, play Radio 3" and it just does. No special skill needs to be installed.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Asking me to "once off login" - I don't have app
Google demanded the same and linked to my laptop/app and BBC works fine.

Alexa played radio 2 a few times and now demanding a login to prove we have a liecen.

Volume ten?  that will be too high and that will be the volume of the info or radio it is playing and not the Alexa command voice

I want to know how to adjust Alexa's command voice when she speaks back.
    Thanks

I stopped her voice, just a tone now, go into settings, scroll down to ALEXA PREFERENCES, enable brief mode.
Do I need it or just want it.

There is no "Alexa preferences" on the smart speaker/tv.

The online link above asks for an email address. You don't need a licence to listen on bbc sounds.
