Samsung A03 Core - settings issue

I just purchased Samsung A03 Core and trying to set up, the icons on the home screen are too large, from the Samsung video's I've watched, it's recommended > Settings > display > easy mode, 

Easy mode is not showing, in fact, very limited options within the settings function, i.e. Biometric and security not showing, advanced features not showing

Anyone with more knowledge than me able to offer any advice?

Could you have a look at what version of Android you are running? This might be an Android Go phone, they have restricted functionality vs full-fat Android. What version of Samsung's UI is it running?

It says Android 11, Model number: SM-A032F/DS, it also says "lite"

Quick Google confirms Android Go, hence the lack of the usual Samsung bell, whistle, foghorn interface. No fingerprint reader either. Does it have a manual downloaded to it? Otherwise you'll have to find specific online help for this model.

Dam it, OK, cheers for helping, I've tried to attach the manual, but it says "file format is not allowed" it's a PDF file

Just one other question, if you know the answer, when I'm on a website, it says ""accept" cookies, when I click "accept" nothing happens, it's not accepting "accept" any idea?

Settings display font size and also should see display size also could try nova launcher set that up and then back it up can resize the app icons and other stuff and if you swap phone again your last set up on phone would be the sake on all phones

Thanks for replying, in display, there's only font, nothing for display size

I think it screen zoom just checked on a Samsung a40 now if those don't help then not sure you can do anything
