I have sent many parcels successfully using Hermes/Evri. However a large parcel went missing two months ago, after getting nowhere with customer services I emailed this address and quickly got the full insured value back.

Hi, has anyone got the evri claim form?? evri emailed mr to see parcel is lost or stolen, but the link for form is broken and keep getting error page!! Tried through there website but going round in circles !!?0
