The next of kin is stop me

My granddad is in a care home dementia and my aunty is the next of kin and she is stop me and brother from see him .    It take me long time to see find where he is lives now . And they have gone made at me . All of this due me and siblings gone init to foster at young age . And my mom passed way 6 year now and they have just started to be funny with us . I am just wondering if I still can go and see my granddad who got  dementia without my aunty know

AFAIK, next of kin do not control who a person has to visit.

Next of kin has no legal standing -  hospitals and care homes like the term so they have a contact number for "when"

Ring the care home and see what the best time is to see you granddad.

I Found where he is live now they said no other visit are allowed to go .... 
 My aunty told them staff do not allow anyone in just her and her kids

It is possible that the care home only allow 1 family member to visit, which in your case would be your aunt. But why she cound't tell you that I don't know.

My aunt is in a care home and only one of her sisters is allowed to visit, though he has 2 further sisters who could visit.

My dad is in a private hospital, and they only 1 visitor per day, preferably the same one every time.

No it all down to my aunty. Because I call up Frist to see if he was in that care homer  they z yes  could you like to me a appointment. so I asked if I could phone back . To speak to my sister . To make a appointment to go and see him when I did they ask for my phone number and if they should speak to there boss . After 30 minutes they call me back and z no is allowed to see him because he get confused
