I would personally say they are entitled to claim the outstanding money as you signed up for the full course.

I am not sure if it’s true or provable that l signed up for the full course. But yeah, I imagine they will attempt to claim.

What you posted implies (to me anyway) that it's the full course. Full price is £2300, pay £300 deposit before the start of module 1 and get a £60 discount. The remaining balance is paid via installments. However, this will be for the courts to decide if it gets that far.
