    I would personally say they are entitled to claim the outstanding money as you signed up for the full course.

    What you posted implies (to me anyway) that it's the full course. Full price is £2300, pay £300 deposit before the start of module 1 and get a £60 discount. The remaining balance is paid via installments. However, this will be for the courts to decide if it gets that far.
