To be fair, in terms of asking for compensation etc - what might get paid out - the parking forum may well be able to assist now, the issue with challenging the CCJ is one thing, OP originally needed help with a CCJ wrongly issued in their name

They've now admitted they wrongfully assigned this CCJ to my name. But this has caused me personal damage as I couldn't take out loans or even do simple things like take out goods on credit.

They're fixing the CRA issue and you have no provable losses.
