It is a standard part of the contract you will have signed that each April the price will rise by CPI +3.9%. Pretty much every contract with every one of the large telco's have the same terms.

The price increase CPI (5.4%) + 3.9% has been written into Vodafone's T&C for the last year. Your increase should be 9.3%, ring them up and get it increased.0

No it’s one phone bill, They just called back with apologies and credited my account as they didn’t let me know in advance. I will pay half this month and it works by the end of my contract my over pay is around £11.0

Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
